Add more structure in KConfigDialogManager documentation

This adds just some @par headings in the KConfigDialogManager class documentation, so information is a bit easier to look up quickly.

I’m a huge fan of extensive documentation. Here I missed some structure.

Tested with a plain call to doxygen.

Btw.: Thanks, these classes make config dialogs quite comfortable! :)
