kcommandbar: also match category name

Natalie Clarius requested to merge work/natalie/commandbar-match-action-category into master

So it is possible to select e.g. a multichoice action by the name of the group, such as "View mode".

A match in the category will be assigned a lower score than a match in the action itself, relativized to the proportion of the length of the category name to the the full title.
