[KHamburgerMenu] Ignore native menus

You can't assume what the menu will be or where it will be shown, it might be a kilometer away from the actual window, making it useful to have a hamburger menu in the application anyway, and won't clutter the UI any more since there is no menu bar.

I have my menu in Dolphin back now.
