Deprecate countryToISO/ISOToCountry in favor of KCountry
Besides deduplicating functionality, this allows us to fix an issue with countryToISO wrongly returning lower-case ISO 3166-1 alpha 2 codes.
Waiting for the remaining usage of those methods to be ported.
