Make it possible to KPluginMetadata from QML

David Redondo requested to merge work/pluginmetadataqml into master

Exposes the properties via Q_GADGET. See 2f8d7f43 which did the same for KAboutData. Adds a licenseText property because that seems to be the easiest way to expose it for now.
