KPluginMetaData: Add fromJsonFile()

Alex Richardson requested to merge arichardson/kcoreaddons:add-kplugin-from-json into master

This allows explicitly specifying that the target file should be a .json. I intend to use this inside KPackage to improve cross-compilation support in the CMake macros.
