Adapt libexec paths for KF6

Volker Krause requested to merge work/vkrause/qt6-adapt-libexec-paths-for-kf6 into master

That is already where we install things to now, but we fail to find them again. Easy to miss locally with sufficient fallbacks catching that, but the CI sees this.
