Remove the KEmoticons integration plugin interface

KEmoticons is gone in KF6. Instead add a basic smiley to Unicode emoji replacement based on the old KEmoticons code, so the corresponding feature in KTextToHtml still works.

Waits for master to be open for ABI/API changes.
