Show deprecation warning about desktoptojson tool

Alexander Lohnau requested to merge work/alex/desktoptojson_warn into master

We want to get rid of this executable, because we also get rid of the underlying service types. Most places except some small Plasma stuff and Konqueror have already been ported away from it.

Also, the executable file would not be co-installable, because it is not versioned.
