Install forwarding headers for KAboutPerson, KAboutLicense, KAboutComponent

When dealing e.g. with KAboutLicense separately, having an own include to use makes more sense.

Perhaps the whole actual kaboutdata.h could also be split up, given e.g. KPluginMetaData needs KAboutPerson & KAboutLicense, but not the rest.
