Make KAboutData::productName accessible for KCrash

Volker Krause requested to merge vkrause/kcoreaddons:work/kaboutdata-productname-for-kcrash into master

We need allocation-free access to this as the corresponding code is run in a signal handler, similar to what is already done for a few other values here.
