Remove dead cmake code for translation support
Not sure if there once was anything translated? Seems code was once added by scripts, slightly modified, but no-one ever checked if actually any catalog exists?
In any case, no i18n(), tr() or QCoreApplication::translate() calls seen as well in current code, also no Messages.sh script around and thus https://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-kf5/templates/messages/kcrash/ being empty, also release tags without any po files added.
