API docs: improve docs for D-Bus activation and startup id handling
This should document in more detail what users of the API have to do as well as can rely on currently.
Once kwindowsystem!42 (merged) is dealt with, the docs would be updated how to simplify the code by just calling that util method for the startup id/activation token handling.
