Rename UpdateLaunchEnvironmentJob to KUpdateLaunchEnvironmentJob

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/kupdatelaunchenvironmentjob into master

There is only one consumer in KDE sphers it seems, kwin/src/helpers/wayland_wrapper/kwin_wrapper.cpp

Perhaps it might make more sense to move this class over there, with just one consumer and as this class also seems to not use anything private/internal to KDBusAddons?
