Port KRunProxy away from KRun

David Faure requested to merge work/dfaure/port_krunproxy into master

openUrl() is unused according to lxr

openService() is only used by kdeplasma-addons/applets/systemloadviewer/package/contents/ui/SystemLoadViewer.qml I tested this change there (install kdeclarative, restart plasma, add systemload plasmoid, click on it -> ksysguard shows up)
