[GridDelegate] Remove centering hack
The referenced Qt bug is fixed now, and I don't see the kerning issue originally encountered when using the conventional approach.
I would appreciate testing from someone/people with a low DPI screen at 100% scale, as kerning issues are much less noticeable with a high DPI screen.
