Rename to kded6

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/kded6 into master

Needs follow-up adaption in other KF modules relying on the kded5 id in servive or path names.

@davidedmundson Does the proposed blindly done rename of the plasma-kded.service file work, to enable co-life of both KF5 kded and KF6 kded?
