Drop KDE4 compat headers

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/dropkde4compatheaders into master

See also !25 (merged) which tunes the compat headers on the kf5 branch to make consumer aware. As well as plasma/kde-cli-tools!66 (merged) helping kde-cli-tools to get rid of the usage finally.
