[PopplerExtractorTest] Extend tests to multicolumn PDFs, modernize code

The current test document only contains a single line, i.e. the contents for more complex layouts are not verified.

Extend the tests to also cover typical, more complex layouts.

Unfortunately, the current extracted content does not have the wanted order, and fixing it is currently impossible without fixes in Poppler itself.
