Draft: Read friendly name for service components from desktop file

Currently we read the Name entry from the desktop file once, then write it to kglobalshortcutsrc and always read it from there

This means that when the name in the desktop file changed, e.g. because we picked a better name, fixed a typo, or added a translation the name will not get updated
