Mauritius holidays update

National public holidays for the year 2022 up to 2030 were added in the public holiday file for Mauritius. The Islamic holiday file of the country was simplified, duplicates were removed and a missing holiday was also included. Lastly, a Catholic holiday file written in French was created.
