Re-evaluate the languages we translate to on QEvent::LanguageChange

Volker Krause requested to merge work/vkrause/recompute-languages-on-change-event into master

This in itself doesn't give us runtime retranslation on language changes, but it enables consumers to do that, as prior to this we still returned translations for the previous languages rather than the new ones.
