Don't print debug message in double quotes

Before:

kf.i18n: "0 instead of 1 arguments to message {%1 <i>(author)</i>} supplied before conversion."

After:

kf.i18n: 0 instead of 1 arguments to message "%1 <i>(author)</i>" supplied before conversion
