add Windows color scheme awareness
Allows automatic swapping between "breeze" and "breeze-dark" icon themes without any changes to the application source.
Also needs applying this patch to Craft
To test, apply the two patches, maybe install KDE Connect or some other KDE on Windows app, start it. Icons in the app will change whenever the Color in Windows "Personalize" menu are changed between Dark or Light.
