Unit test for KIdleTIme

Ada Christine requested to merge adachristine/kidletime:autotest into master
  • test adding/removing timeouts
  • test timeoutReached() activation
  • reression test for crash from removal of timeout during timeoutReached() activation
  • alter CMakeLists.txt in plugin/ subdirectory to put files in location where they can be found by the unit test binary.
