bugfix (kf5): raw: HDR support removed

Mirco Miranda requested to merge mircomir/kimageformats:raw_remove_hdr_format_kf5 into kf5

I think the HDR support in two plugins is the reason for the constant failures of the CI's VM (QT 6.4). I have verified that the RAW plugin is unable to open HDR files in autotest/read/hdr.
