Disabled JXR plugin due to crashes in JXRLIB
I ran a stupid fuzzer on all the plugins in the repo and the JXR one crashes every few seconds. I attach some files (I have many more) that cause the crashes. For the moment I think it's best to keep it deactivated.
The strange thing is that for the same plugin I had created the PR on oss-fuzz which ran locally for over an hour without problems. I'm a bit confused.
