PSD/PSB basic CMYK support

Converts CMYK files (with any number of spot channels) to RGB without using LittleCMS

  • Support to 8/16 bits CMYK
  • The first spot channel is set as alpha (if layerCount < 0)
  • Supersedes MR !72 (closed)
