Rename http_slave_defaults.h to http_worker_defaults.h, following port

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/renamehttpdefaultheader into master

While no users of that header seem to exist at least in KDE repos, it is referred to in the API dox of KProtocolManager. So keeping it around might at least help any potential future users.

And while adding the logic for exclude & warnings, also do the same in a second commit for ioslave_defaults.h
