Wrap IdleSlave in visibility deprecation macros

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/deprecateidleslave into master

To allow building without it. No compiler warning macros added, as that would only add noise to KInit builds, and no-one else should use this class anyway.
