Drop outdated docs for mailto kioslave

There is no such kioslave any more, instead such URLs are handled via the x-scheme-handler mechanism

I wonder though where the counterpart docs are, so people could know what arguments are supported with the URL? Could/should the information given in the docs perhaps moved somewhere else, but where?
