Warn that CommandLauncherJob::setIcon() only works on X11

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/kio:note-that-setIcon-only-works-on-x11 into kf5

Otherwise people will try to use it on Wayland and be confused or frustrated when it doesn't work.
