Draft: add additional remote filesystem detection

remote filesystems mounted outside KIO (e.g. via fstab) are not recognized for the preview settings

add detection by checking the source of the mountpoint for presence of a colon character (just a heuristic on my part)

i expect you to want to have this in another place; it’s just here, for now, because it works for me (advise as desired)
