Use services in applications dir for applicationlaunchertest

Nicolas Fella requested to merge work/nico/applaunchertest into master

That's the much more common scenario than launching services from kservices6

This fixes the test because since KF6 desktop files in the kservices dir are not considered authorized any more so the job bails out in the executable check
