Deprecate unused and undocumented servicemenu keys
These keys are undocumented and almost nowhere used. Only in a dead konqueror service menu and in Ark(but there the value is ignored, because it is a plugin and not a traditional service menu).
IMO excluding them from a build without deprecation and emitting a warning is the best we can do.
