Drop API deprecated for 5.240

Friedrich W. H. Kossebau requested to merge work/kossebau/dropdeprecatedapi into master

Got only deprecated, not removed, to not mess into the initial porting wave by breaking builds.

No need to have this make it into final KF 6.0 API though. And the initial porting wave should meanwhile also have dealt with the deprecation here.

So better to remove now with some time before Beta2, to make sure nothing uses it anymore (or will try to do).
