systemdprocessrunner: change env var names

Harald Sitter requested to merge work/sitter/systemd into master

there is no practical reason these should be set from the outside any longer in kf6. in kf5 times we explicitly set them to not regress existing apps that expected forking behavior, since forking was never the default of kf6 this isn't a concern any longer
