[ExecutableFileOpenDialog] focus Cancel button

In ExecutableFileOpenDialog focus the 'Cancel' button instead of 'Do not ask again' checkbox.

This is the safest choice for this potentially dangerous action, so it would be good to suggest it to the user.
Also focusing the 'Do not ask again' checkbox looks bad.
