Do not display deleted/hidden webshortcuts
This might not be the cause of a crash but still unwanted/unexpected behavior.
If we delete a webshortcut which is preinstalled a service file with Hidden=true and the same name is created in the local searchproviders folder.
If you the reopen the KCM all the deleted shortcuts will appear as empty entries at the top.
