Improve strings for file/folder and URL link functionality

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/kio:more-user-friendly-text-for-link-dialogs into master
  1. Removed the word "Basic" from "Basic link to file or directory" as it adds no information (is there such a thing as an advanced link?).
  2. Changed the explanatory labels for the link name and location fields in the resulting dialog to make it clearer what you enter in each one.
