KProcessRunner: Use systemsettings desktop name if its started

Set desktopname to systemsettings if it's used to launch KCMs. This ensures we have valid info and the cgroups are correctly named. The desktop files of kcms are not installed to /usr/share/applications so tools displaying those cannot map those to a desktop file.
