Fix openurljobtest

Ahmad Samir requested to merge work/ahmad/openurljob-test into master

After commit 5fa55a23 I get kfmclient_html.desktop as the default handler for http/https on my system; we have to adjust the unit test, by making the fake service also a handler for http/https and setting InitialPreference to a high value to make sure it's the default handler.
