Rename KDE bug database webshortcut, remove bugnumber search

This seems pretty unreadable.

Also we don't need an extra searchprovider for the bugnumber. When we do a quicksearch with a bugnumber we are also redirected to the individual bug report.
By adding the bugno,bugnr keys to the quicksearch provider we make sure these webshortcuts still work.
