[KPropertiesDialog] Use Filelight icon and name from desktop file

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/kbroulik/propsdialog-filelight-label into master

Ensures the application name and icon are exactly as they are presented elsewhere.

Probably a porting oversight when it was moved to .ui file

Now says "Explore in Filelight" instead of "Explore in FileLight"
