[KFilePlacesView] Add inline eject button

  • [KFilePlacesModel] Introduce TeardownAllowedRole
    It indicates whether the device is mounted and may be unmounted, e.g. it does not point at system Root nor the user's Home directory.
  • Move KFilePlacesViewDelegate definition into kfileplacesview_p.h Makes it easier for other places (e.g. KFilePlacesEventWatcher) to access it.
  • [KFilePlacesView] Add inline eject button
