[KPropertiesDialog] Use PlainText format for most labels

Anything that contains user-controlled input (file name, path, mime type and app names, mount point) and could potentially contain something that resembles HTML tags.

hello.txt" in a folder that I don't have write access to, no longer makes the layout explode.
