KFileFilterCombo: Show extensions if there's repeated mime comment

Albert Astals Cid requested to merge work/aacid/mime_add_extension_if_same_comment into master

For example, cbr, cbz, are different mimes but their comment is "ebook" so it's good to be able to differentiate between them
