[KUrlNavigatorPlacesSelector] Do storage setup also when requesting a new tab

Middle-clicked an unmounted drive from the KUrlNavigatorPlacesSelector (the place icon that appears when the "Places" panel is hidden), had it mounted prior to opening the new tab.
