KFileWidget: remove default URLs top path combo

David Faure requested to merge work/dfaure/more_useful_dirs into master

Nowadays, those dirs are available from the Places widget. This combo is limited to 10 items so removing these 4 hardcoded ones makes room for 4 more user-specific (i.e. useful) URLs.
