Draft: KFilePlacesView: Add Solid actions to devices

Adds the same actions Plasma's device notifier offers for its devices to the Places panel, e.g. "Download photos", or "Format partition"

All working, mounts the drive if needed, there's a copy of the Solid Macroexpander from plasma-workspace in there... see also question about where to put it shared in https://marc.info/?l=kde-core-devel&m=165886463627150&w=2

Most actions assume that the device is a removable drive since that's what the device notifier defaults to (e.g. "download photos" from your internal hdd isn't very useful) but that's something we could change in Gwenview.

There's also a few questions in the code, please have a look at them.
